I got this book for free on Amazon.Great pizza book. In addition to colorful illustrations, the author provides solid information on the preparation of pizza. I've tried both Neapolitan and New York recipes - both are excellent. One of the reasons, in addition to the recipes themselves, is that the author shares great quality information that goes beyond the ordinary. I bake in my brick oven and make a lot of pizza, and advice on making excellent pizza was very useful. For my children this is a universal lunch and dinner, of course I cook and a lot of other food that is necessary for teenagers, but pizza as a treat for the whole family!

Very nice cook book. Really simple step by step recepies to follow to cook a great pizza.
My wife often buys the books with different recipes, she says it better to use when you teach children to cook. Our daughter is 8 years old and she can make a great pizza with her mom’s help with these recipes. These recipes are simple and don’t take rare and expensive things.
I can't buy a book that has so many grammatical errors in the sample! This book reads like it was translated from another language by a computerized translation program. It never should have gotten past the editor... if there was one.
Great ideas, some of which I had never through to try before (baseless pizza for example) and simple easy enough recipes that a 5 year old could follow. There is an emphasis on ready made bases though which I would have preferred make your own but that doesn't happen in 30 mins. Would prefer a kindle version if this was available.
